Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Middle Harbour 16ft Skiff Club will be held at the Clubhouse on Saturday, 23rd September 2017 commencing at 10:30am.
- To receive the Annual Report and Financial Statements for 2016/17 financial year.
- The election of the Board of Directors, Treasurer and Trustees.Nominations for the Board of Directors closed at Midnight, Friday the 30th June 2017.
The following nominations were received: – Mitchell Miller, Phil Ramsay, Peter Tinworth, Nathan Edwards, Matthew Stanbury & Robert Lockhart.

2016/17 Annual Report will be available by Saturday 10th of September ONLINE HERE and hard copies will be available from the Club office.
NOTE: It would be appreciated if Members, who wish to raise queries at the meeting or seek information at the meeting about the annual financial statements, would give the General Manager notice in writing of their queries or requests on or prior to Monday 18th September 2017. This will allow sufficient time for a properly researched response.
