Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Middle Harbour 16ft Skiff Club will be held at the Clubhouse on Saturday, 13th October 2018 commencing at 10:30am.

BUSINESS ARISING

  • To receive the Annual Report and Financial Statements for 2017/18 financial year.
  • The election of the Board of Directors, Treasurer and Trustees. Nominations for the Board of Directors  closed at Midnight, Friday the 30th June 2018.
    The following nominations were received: –  Phil Ramsay, Peter Tinworth, Nathan Edwards, Matthew Stanbury & Robert Lockhart.
  • To receive reports from Office Bearers.
  • General Business
    • Life Membership Nomination

Minutes of 2017 AGM

NOTE: It would be appreciated if Members, who wish to raise queries at the meeting or seek information at the meeting about the annual financial statements, would give the General Manager notice in writing of their queries or requests on or prior to Monday 8th October 2018.  This will allow sufficient time for a properly researched response.
